The photo looks like different kinds of fires and tiny dots. Each dots and fire are actually galaxies. If you count those galaxies in the picture, it may be just a few hundred, but there are actually more than 15,000 galaxies in the picture.
It means the universe is very big than what we can imagine. Each galaxy contains billions of stars and their solar system. The earth is located in the Milky way galaxy.

These children from Sichuan province in China risk their lives in other to go to school. They descend and ascend a cliff of 800 m (almost 1 km) height through sky ladders.

Mike Wells took this picture in 1980 in Karamoja, Uganda. During the early days of famine. On his hand is a starved boy's hand. With the picture, he won the world press photo of the year. He was in Africa for the save for children fund by the United Kingdom. Food shortages arise in mid-1978 due to drought and plant diseases.
In early 1980, many were starved in Uganda as a result. Wells later said he was ashamed of winning such a competition because he was holding the hand of a starved human being. Though for the world press photo competition, he never competes for it.

In December 2015, Osama Sağırlı went to Atmeh, a Syrian refugee camp to take pictures of children. He was working with a Newspaper. He took the picture with a telephoto but the girl mistook it for a gun.
Osama didn't realize anything was wrong until after he took the picture. He found that the girl was actually scared, surrendering, and trying to hold her tears as she bit her lips.
The picture worth a thousand words, it shows how humanity has failed and what both young and old have suffered. It went viral online, thousands shared the picture, it has more than 11,000 retweets on Twitter.

Yup Weifeng, 21 was reunited with his family in 2019 after being kidnapped for 18 years. He was kidnapped on the 6th of May 2001. He got missing while playing near a construction site where his dad works. He was found after using the Al face app to predict how he must have been.
Then, the police search through the database. It took two months for the app to single out Weifeng as the missing child. A DNA test was run and it matches that of his parents. We can feel how happy they must have been.
15. Aftermath of Earthquakes
On May 12, 2008, an earthquake kill 10,000 students. The building where they were collapsed. And The earthquake killed more than 88,000 people in Sichuan, China.
The earthquake is known as the Great Sichuan earthquake or the Wenchuan earthquake. It was a 6.0 magnitude earthquake that lasted for two to three minutes.

David Tree was a firefighter volunteer, he has been doing that for 33 years. While driving through Samson road, monitoring the fire, he sighted a koala. The female koala is exhausted, stressed wandering about through the burnt bush.
The bush has been burning for four days. The bush was intentionally burned by some criminals. The koala drank two bottles of water while drinking, the Koala held out his hand. While doing that his colleague was filming it because he wanted to show it to her daughter.
Mark Pardew snapped it on his camera and email it back to him, then he shared it with his friend and it got viral. The picture raised more than A$2m (£1.1m) for the koala foundation.

It saddens to know that worldwide, there about 250,000 - 300,000 child soldiers. Recruiters believe children are many, can be replaced, they require less food and they are immature always ready to face danger.
